  • Access to OTCD Tracker™ requires a paid subscription at $99/month.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

OTCD Tracker™ is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The platform is a personal health record-keeping tool only. 5. User Responsibilities
